Setting goals and achieving them are two different things. If you truly want success in your life, especially financial success, you must learn from those who have come before you. By making a serious study of the people whose lives and financial success you wish to emulate, you will be on your way to having the lifestyle you are dreaming of. We know that wealthy people think differently from those who have ongoing financial struggles. Once you can begin to think differently yourself, your life will begin in change very quickly.

For one thing, the wealthy and successful see opportunities everywhere. When there is a problem they come up with a solution. Think of yourself as a problem solver. What can you do to help others with their difficult situations? When you read and listen to extremely successful people, you will learn that they have become financially successful by helping others to solve problems, whatever those problems happen to be.

Ask yourself some questions about how you can help others. What is your special gift or talent? What do others come to you for assistance with in their lives? What would you do for others even if you were not going to be paid? When you can come up with the answers to these questions you will be closer to the solution for how you will achieve your own financial success.

Do not be afraid to fail. The most successful and wealthiest people in the world have failed many times. The idea is to fail forward, meaning that you learn from your failure, and start over again right away. This is part of the mental mindset that will set you apart from others.

Allow your creative side to come out. Successful people share their unique ideas with others and are able to make money with these ideas. Spend some time every day allowing your mind to wander, and think about what you love to do. This is a form of daydreaming and most of us have not done this since we were very young children. All of the secrets to wealth and success will come from inside you, so give your mind a chance to be creative and you will see how your thoughts, behaviors, and actions will change dramatically over time.

The final thought I will leave you with involves taking action. You can read and think all day every day, but it is by taking action, inspired action, that you will be able to reach a level of financial success greater that you ever would have imagined.

One of my favorite (and most profitable) are teleseminars. Teleseminars are basically training sessions that are delivered over the telephone or through a webcast. As technology has improved, teleseminars have become one of the most preferred ways to conduct business training or promoting products and services.

There are many benefits of teleseminars but the most important one is that participants do not have to commute. You can host or take part in teleseminars from virtually anywhere -- home, office or even halfway across the world. And you can generate great revenues.

Now that the holidays are over it's back to work time. For me this week is a time for planning to the upcoming year. I am on vacation this week so I a little more time than usually to relax, which is not very good for me. I tend to get lazy and not much of anything except sleep!!!!

2008 End of the year blog post

This has certain been the most fun year that I have had in my business. Have finished my Mastermind call with some coaching students gave me a chance to reflect on the past year and think about all that has happen to me this year. All the new people I met, the places I traveled to, and the lives that I have changed due to my Wonder Widget program. How to Test eBay and Take the Pulse of Your Customer Before Selling More Online

Lots of eBay Power Sellers (and up-and-coming eBay marketers) will tell you of this way or that way they used to sell some astounding amount of products on eBay. With the sale of many products dwindling, you need to find out what's working and why from the exact people who will tell you; your buyers.

Know this: Other seller will tell that by following their way to sell, you too can become a wealthy eBay Power Seller.

What they don't tell you though, is that you don't have to always follow "their way" to selling. The power of a solid, intriguing online auction works no matter what "best way" you follow. Is there a best way to sell a product online? I don't think so.I think the best way is to test the waters in terms of what you want to sell and what you want to buy. You also want to get feedback from the buyers.

Figure this, if you're going to buy and sell products on eBay you definitely need to figure that you may lose some money on the front end until you learn how to buy and sell. That's the reality of online auctions and people need to have that. So obviously there is no best way to sell a product online. Obviously there's a little bit of experience that you have to go through to make this happen.

So what is the most effective strategy and what can we do to make sure it's done correctly the first time around?

Actually there are a lot of simple things you can do.

Testing the waters is really good. you need to be able to test what you're selling and find out why it sold. You can write multiple listings or multiple ads that talk about different ways to sell the product, different ways that the product is presented.

Test them, go by trial and error see what kind of feedback you get from the people who actually purchased the product from you. Take surveys, get feedback from the buyer. Ask them what made them buy the product. I can't tell you how many people forget it's so important to ask the consumer who bought the product what made them buy the product.

Also, over the last nine years, many have asked me they can do to make money off the auction block while they're still selling products and services on eBay. One activity I've done is there's multiple ways you can sell products while the product is on eBay being sold at auction or through your store.

You can send buyers an email letting them know that you have other products available. You can also let them know that you have discounted savings available if they buy more than one product. This new feature and other ones became available in late 2008.

That's to say that you're extending your sales offer while the auction is still open; that's what eBay technology can do for you. They will use technology to up sell your products and services during and when an auction ends. That's why you should consider having multiple complementary products; some up for auction, the others in your eBay store.
